Alligare herbicide contains 47.2 percent dimethylamine salt of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid. This potent amount gives you total control of various land and aquatic weed and brush species. Though it targets broadleaf weeds, it does not affect grasses, giving you positive results when treating weeds in residential lawns and business landscaping. The active ingredient works by mimicking the weed's growth hormone, resulting in irregular growth and death.
With Alligare herbicide, you can treat affected areas such as pastures, turf and exterior plantscapes. It's labeled for use on residential sites and protects plantings and grass in commercial settings. Although you can use Alligare to control aquatic weeds, the active ingredient is toxic to fish. Therefore, apply this herbicide according to the label to prevent drift and damaging runoff.
Alligare's powerful agent kills hundreds of noxious weeds such as bittercress, ground ivy and St. Johnswort. It also successfully removes and controls sagebrush, hemp and honeysuckle. Use Alligare herbicide to kill even more invasive weeds such as:
For controlling hundreds of weeds, Alligare Amine weed killer provides the total solution. It works in crop and noncrop areas and kills weeds on lawns, ornamental turf and rights of way. Use it along fence rows, in drainage ditches and in crop fields to protect corn, soybeans and small grains. You can use it to control invasive trees in controlled areas or to keep weeds out of ornamental gardens. When broadleaf weeds cover your lawn or field, remove them easily with Alligare 2,4-D Amine weed killer herbicide.
This pesticide is toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates and may adversely affect non-target plants. Drift and runoff may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in water adjacent to treated areas. This chemical has properties and characteristics associated with chemicals detected in groundwater. For the most current registration information, call Alligare at (888) 255-4427.
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulations.
