How Hexygon DF Miticide Insecticide Works

After application, Hexygon DF Miticide Insecticide attacks young mites and eggs using its active ingredient hexythiazox. When it's used with adult-targeted miticides, this ingredient provides complete control over current and future infestations. It kills eggs and immature mites on established plants throughout greenhouse and field crops. Exposed female adults lay nonviable eggs and can no longer increase the population through breeding. It works as part of an integrated pest management system and protects trees, shrubs and plants from mite damage.

Hexygon DF Insecticide Areas for Use

Hexygon DF Insecticide works in a variety of areas where mites cause a concern. Use it to protect bare-root and container-grown nursery stock, including nonbearing fruit crops that are grown indoors and in the field. You can also use Hexygon to keep mite infestations low and controllable on foliage plants, nonbearing nut and vine crops, landscape ornamentals and outdoor-grown flowers. Moreover, it works to keep most foliage in shade houses clear of invasive mite species.

Hexygon DF Miticide InsecticideTarget Pests

With its long-lasting, proven formula, Hexygon DF Miticide Insecticide kills and continues to prevent mite infestations. From the European red mite to the two-spotted spider mite, it targets many resistant mite species that are unaffected by other treatment methods.
