Landmark XP herbicide contains the active ingredient sulfometuron, a powerful substance that's combined with other ingredients in an easy-to-mix granule. It targets numerous pre- and postemergent grasses and broadleaf weeds, killing the young, developing plants. It mixes in the tank and is applied as a spray to control weeds on turfgrass and other areas. It can also be tank-mixed with other herbicides for even more weed control.
Apply Landmark XP herbicide before weeds develop a strong root system for the best results. Therefore, target weeds that have recently appeared or before they emerge from the soil. Use this herbicide for rangeland restoration and to keep weeds from taking over nonagricultural sites.
Landmark XP herbicide kills dozens of grass and broadleaf weed species, from wild buckwheat and dandelion to brome and tarweed. It eliminates pigweed without problems and eradicates lambsquarter without fail. Other target weeds and grasses include:
Landmark XP kills the most common grasses and weeds and helps to restore rangelands and to keep invasive plants out of rights-of-way. It mixes in the tank with many other herbicides and provides long-lasting control when it's applied at higher rates. Whether it's false chamomile or redroot pigweed, Landmark XP stops their growth and keeps noncrop sites clean and clear.
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application.
