This broad-spectrum herbicide contains diquat dibromide, a weed-specific chemical that targets the plants at the source. It's best used on young weeds and disrupts their growth, causing them to die fairly quickly. In fact, Reward aquatic herbicide starts to work within 24 hours as the plants absorb the ingredient almost immediately. Expect the weeds to die completely within 36 hours of application.
Reward aquatic herbicide is safe to use in commercial and residential ponds and other aquatic areas. Use it to kill submersed and aboveground weeds in recreational areas, commercial greenhouses and plant nurseries. It doesn't kill fish, and there's no swimming restriction after application. Because it's designed for aquatic and terrestrial weeds, it's an ideal herbicide to use for landscapes and waterways without having to rely on multiple products.
With Reward aquatic herbicide, aquatic weeds die within three days. It targets the most common weeds around ponds and landscape water features. Some of these weeds include:
Reward aquatic herbicide knocks down weeds on land and underwater. Use it to kill weeds around residential landscaping or in recreational water areas. It has no toxicity to aquatic life and doesn't affect people who swim in the target site. It goes to work on contact and kills weeds quickly in as little as two or three days. No matter if it’s dandelions in the backyard or coontail in a pond, Reward herbicide kills the weeds in most every setting.
