How Velpar L VU Herbicide Works

Velpar L  VU Herbicide contains hexazinone, an organic compound that inhibits photosynthesis. It treats many weed species and provides an effective solution for targeting alfalfa and other weed growth. This nonselective liquid herbicide offers excellent uptake and destroys weeds as they develop. It kills both young and adult weeds and gives you a way to pretreat sites before they take control.

Where to Use Velpar L VU Herbicide

You can use Velpar L VU Herbicide in many settings for eliminating weeds and grasses that prevent desirable plants from getting vital soil nutrients, water and sunlight. Use it to fight brush species such as oaks, willow and mulberry or to kill stubborn grasses like barnyardgrass and Bermuda grass. Apply Velpar L in and around forestry sites to protect beneficial plants and grasses. It also helps to kill and suppress weeds on pastures and range lands.

With Velpar L VU Herbicide, you can suppress many weeds in sugarcane crops, such as chickweed, foxtail and wild mustard. It also targets various herbaceous plants like asters and ragweed. Use it to control ash, elm, maple and other woody plants on industrial and forestry sites. Other target annual and perennial weeds include:
