How Endeavor Insecticide Works

Endeavor Insecticide contains pymetrozine, a highly active ingredient for killing and suppressing sucking insect pests. It starts to work within a few hours of contact and stops the insects from feeding on the plants. Though the pests remain on the plant for two to four days, they no longer cause any damage. Because Endeavor provides residual control, it continues to work on new aphids and whiteflies that land on the plants after spraying.

Where to Use Endeavor Insecticide

Use Endeavor insecticide both indoors and outdoors to treat aphid and whitefly infestations. Spray it onto nonbearing fruit and nut trees, ornamentals and foliage plants in greenhouses and plant nurseries. It stops the insects from damaging Christmas trees, ground covers and container-grown plants in shade houses and interiorscapes. The active ingredient has a low risk of harming nontarget animals and is less toxic to fish and birds than other pesticides of the same type.

Endeavor Insecticide Target Pests

Endeavor Insecticide works on the most common and damaging aphid and whitefly species. The silverleaf and greenhouse whiteflies are two resistant species that fall victim to Endeavor's potent ingredients. The green peach aphid and the melon aphid also stop feeding after contacting pymetrozine.
