Boulder 6.3 Herbicide contains triclopyr, a chemical that mimics plant hormones. After an application, the active ingredient eliminates and prevents weed growth in the target areas. Because of its organic nature, triclopyr breaks down into several different compounds before finally breaking down into carbon dioxide. It's slightly toxic to fish and birds depending on the species but is considered safe to use in the target areas.
Use Boulder 6.3 herbicide anywhere woody plants and broadleaf weeds invade public and private land. It's efficient at killing weeds in forests and grass pastures, including:
Boulder 6.3 Herbicide targets woody plants such as oaks, poison ivy and wax myrtles. It also kills various annual and perennial weeds such as dandelions, ragweed and sweet clover. Other target pests include:
Take out unwanted broadleaf weeds and woody plants in noncrop areas with Boulder 6.3 herbicide. With triclopyr as its active ingredient, this herbicide starts to work on contact and provides residual control for three months. It controls weed growth in grass pastures and forests and helps eliminate woody plants along rights of way and nonirrigation ditch banks.
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application.
