Vendetta Plus cockroach bait contains two active ingredients for optimal roach control: abamectin B1 and pyriproxyfen. It's a dual-action roach bait and attacks the insects in two ways. Abamectin acts on a roach's central nervous system and causes paralysis, leading to its death. However, it slowly attacks the nerves and provides enough time for a single poisoned roach to return to the colony where it will infect other members through contact or bait sharing. This active ingredient will help to eliminate the pest infestation within 24 hours.
Because Vendetta contains the insect growth regulator IGR NyGuard, it affects both the surviving adults and the larvae. It sterilizes the adults, preventing them from being able to produce young. It also disrupts the life cycle in the larvae and halts their growth. Therefore, they cannot mature into breeding adults. Vendetta's two ingredients ensure either complete roach elimination through a lethal dose of abamectin or through sterilization by the IGR.
Vendetta is labeled for indoor use to target roaches where they nest and travel. It can be used in both residential and commercial interiors; however, it should not be applied in places where children and pets could tamper with the bait. It can be used in food-handling areas such as restaurants and home kitchens if it's applied according to the directions. Use Vendetta Plus gel bait in cracks, crevices and voids, such as the openings around plumbing pipes beneath kitchen sinks. It can also be placed along baseboards where roaches travel during the night, including along the edges of shelves in pantries and cabinets.
Apply the bait in areas where the roaches have been seen or are harboring, such as in attics, basements and crawlspaces. Use the gel around doors and windows where roaches could enter or exit the building, including gaps around vents and wire entryways. Do not apply Vendetta in the same target areas where residual insecticide sprays are also used.

Though Vendetta contains the insect growth regulator IGR NyGuard, as well as the lethal abamectin B1, it's specially created for targeting and controlling roaches. These two ingredients have been proven to control other general household pests such as ants and earwigs. Abamectin is also used in many other insecticides for controlling pantry pests in restaurants and homes. However, Vendetta is labeled for killing common roaches in homes and businesses, such as the German and the American species.
It can be applied to target areas directly from the tube for easy application or with a bait gun, which is not included. Vendetta's formulation provides total roach control even against the heaviest infestations. It works on both nonaverse and bait-averse roach species, providing effective elimination of roaches indoors in food and nonfood areas.
Vendetta Plus cockroach gel bait is the ideal insecticide for indoor use and to control light and heavy infestations. It's easy to apply directly on the target surface thanks to its pointed applicator tip. This bait has two modes of action, killing the roaches with a lethal poison and also disrupting their life cycle with an IGR. It can be used in restaurants and other sensitive areas such as hospitals and schools. When roaches have infested interior living and working areas, eliminate them for good with Vendetta Plus.
